Teresita Orillac - The Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid, Black Costume Dress

Fairy tales wouldn't exist if it weren't for the villains in them. So we decided our first villain costume would be the fantastic Sea Witch (A.K.A. Ursula) from the Little Mermaid. We designed a one shoulder stretch velvet top, and for the peplum we went for a tentacle inspired shape, also in black velvet. The long skirt underneath is a multiple layer, sparkly purple tulle, lined in a cotton underskirt, because OF COURSE, our dresses are always soft and comfy.
